It is a control panel designed to communicate with PLCs and control machines.
MyCut
MyCut is a program that lets you control, calibrate, and configure dual-head cutting machines. Through communication protocols such as OPC or Modbus, we connect to PLCs to send and receive information and change variables for proper operation. It allows cutting in automatic and semi-automatic modes.
Some screens
Automatic
Automatic mode lets you keep track of cuts already made and those still pending, which is very useful on larger projects. Once a cut is made, it is automatically marked as done and the next one is sent, skipping any already completed.
Semiautomatic
Semi-automatic mode is used to make a cut without importing a list or creating a project. Just enter the cut length and profile height and, with a click, define the angle for the heads.
Inputs and outputs
We generate a window in which we can see the inputs and, with a power button, take control of the outputs; this is mainly used to test that everything works correctly.
Variables
We generate a window in which all communication variables (OPC) can be monitored in real time, with the ability to write them and change their values.
